Phil Rocquemore is a creative philosopreneur, based in the principality of Andorra, whose mission is to extend the unique capacity of hyperintelligent humans operating in complex domains.

My formal education was in Theoretical Physics, and I earned my degrees in that discipline at Oxford University in the United Kingdom, and at the University of Pennsylvania in the United States, for which my studies were sponsored by a Thouron scholarship. I left institutional academia in order to focus on original paradigmatic research, anticipating that the bureaucratic and political culture of institutions would stifle my creative output.

My first independent project was as founder and research director of the online poker research and training centre Cardquant, which draws its strength from my analysis of complex strategic problems. For 10 years I have trained high stakes poker players by teaching my 'Metastrategy' conceptual framework, in conjunction with machine learning software tools developed by my team. The elite group of poker players that work with me have won millions of dollars at the tables in both live and online poker games. More recently I founded Rocquemore Research in Andorra, where I dedicate myself to discovering a new epistemology for understanding vital intelligence.
